Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Office Stationery for UN Agencies in China
The United Nations Agencies in China is seeking for one or more service provider/s to supply and delivery of Office Stationery for UN Agencies in China based on a long term agreement for an initial period of one year, with possibility extension for another two years, subject to performance assessment of the selected supplier/s. The annual volume of office stationery for all UN agencies in China is about US$ 80,000. Interested bidders should submit bids in sealed HARDCOPY envelopes ONLY and actual samples of each items to UNDP China no later than COB 16:00 pm, 10 July 2009. Late bids shall be rejected.
