1. You are kindly requested to submit in English a proposal for Audits of National/ NGO Implemented Projects' 2011 Expenditure, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

   In order you to better understand the detailed requirements and UNDP selection criteria, a pre-bidding conference will be organized at 14:00, Wednesday, 8 February 2012 in the United Nation Large Conference Room located at No. 2 Liangmahe Nanlu, Chaoyang District, Beijing 100600 (北京朝阳区亮马河南路2号，100600).  Please send your confirmation of  participation of to the following email: registry.cn@undp.org
