Deadline: Interested bidders are requested to send confirmation letter to SNC PMO no later than November 10, 2008 at 5 p.m. Sub-contract proposals both in Chinese and English should be submitted to SNC PMO before 5:00 pm, November 21, 2008 (Beijing time). Ten copies in Chinese and English of the Proposal (including technical and financial proposals) are requested.
